LevelX G2 Ultra

To unlock the full power and customizable features, you must pair the G2 Ultra Pod with a Level X G2 Boost Battery or the Level X G2 Pro Battery.

• G2 Boost Device: Unlocks 3 preset modes (11W, 17W, 23W).

• G2 Pro Device: Unlocks full, granular wattage control (10W-25W).

The airflow is adjusted by the pod's orientation (often called "flipping" or "twisting"):

1. Remove the G2 Ultra Pod from the battery.

2. Twist the pod 180 degrees.

3. Reinsert the pod. One orientation provides a tighter, restricted draw (MTL), while the opposite provides a loose, open draw (DTL/RDL).

The G2 Ultra Pod is built with a dual mesh coil designed to automatically switch based on the battery it is paired with:

• Low Wattage (11W/17W): Utilizes the single 1.2 ohm coil for higher efficiency and smooth output.

• High Wattage (23W/25W): Activates the powerful 0.6 ohm dual coil burst for maximum flavour intensity and vapour production.

This often means the pod is not fully seated, or the contacts are dirty:

1. Re-seat the Pod: Push the pod down firmly to ensure a strong magnetic connection with the battery.

2. Check Contacts: If the issue persists, remove the pod and wipe the battery contacts with a dry cotton swab to remove any condensation.

3. Check Wattage: Ensure your battery is not stuck in a low-power "Eco" mode. If using a G2 Boost device, check the mode indicator on the battery base.
