My Breeze Pro light is blinking. What does that mean?
A blinking light on your disposable device almost always indicates that the battery has run out. Since the Breeze Pro is a fully disposable device, it is not designed to be recharged. Once the light begins to blink, it's time to responsibly dispose of the unit and start a fresh one.
Is the Breeze Pro draw-activated, or does it have buttons?
The Breeze Pro is fully draw-activated. There are no buttons required. Simply unpackage the device and inhale on the mouthpiece to activate the coil and enjoy the vapour.
Why does my new Breeze Pro taste burnt?
A burnt taste on a brand new disposable is rare, but can happen if you "chain vape" (take many consecutive hits in a row). The coil can’t re-saturate fast enough between draws. Try pausing between hits to allow the cotton wick to fully soak the e-liquid. If the burnt taste persists from the very first puff, the device may be a manufacturer defect.
